in motorsport possible.
Latest Case
For a Honda CBR600RR motorcycle, competing in the dutch KNMV Cup, we decided to develop a device to measure tyre surface temperature.
This temperature is an important parameter to analyse tyre behavior.
During the race the temperature at the left and right side of the tyre was measured.
The collected data gives some good insight on how the tyre heats up from turn to turn.
